Switzerland. People here are approachable and pally. There was a 100% women campaign that encouraged women-only teams to scale some of the highest peaks in the Swiss Alps. This goes on to suggest why this country is considered so safe for solo women travelers. It scores a decent 6.65 on the index.
Especially as I'm still planning my trip yet :) But I have read some informative blogs from woman travelling solo in Albania and they have had very safe and happy tours. Just search for solo female Albania or something like this and you get some idea.
It is safe to travel but in Albania just be mindful of people staring at you, that is the only thing that would happen. People on the whole are generally lovely and if you need help they will try their best to assist you.
